Be Ye Renewed Psychotherapy Groups
The Be Ye Renewed Psychotherapy Groups will serve as transformative spaces for culturally informed process oriented groups that will refer to and utilize The Unapologetic Guide to Black Mental Health by Dr. Rheeda Walker in addition to Black Pain: It Just Looks Like We’re Not Hurting by Terrie M. Williams as clinical guideposts. The Be Ye therapy groups will provide safe, non-judgmental spaces where Black women can explore issues like racism, body issues, emotional pain, intergenerational trauma, relationships, spirituality, family relationships, self-care, setting boundaries, and so much more. Finally, a responsible and clinical space created by a Black woman for other Black women. Ladies, it’s time to heal!”
